Therefore, there is a practical, by the world recognized heat-resistant classification method, which is the electrical insulation of the heat resistance was divided into a number of heat-resistant class. For example, we will use about 10 tone of insulation lacquer, 8 tones of mica product, 5 tone ofinsulation laminated sheets and 1 tones of varnished glass cloth and film on a 300MW turbogenerator; the electrcial insulation material will take the 34% of the total weight in one 3200kW transformer and 18% of the total weight of one 10kV high voltage switch. According to the capacity generator and its accessories in China, the everage wastage of insulation material is about 65 tones per 10MW, so we can say, insulation material has taking a very big proportions in the electrical equipments.

...

<trackback:ping>http://www.dexlu.org/cmd.asp?act=tb&id=2&key=d7220ca1</trackback:ping>

Brief of Electricl Insulatin Material

What is insulation material? Today we are talking only electrical insulation Material.

In China, according to the defination of China GB standard(GB 2900.5), insulation material is material which used to keeping the electrical parts insulative from the power. That means the material is used to prevent electric current pass the electrical parts. Usually this kind of material has very high electrcial resistance about 10^6~10^19Ω•m. For example, the insulation material can prevent the loops on the rotor from the slot that it can make the motor working safely.

...

<trackback:ping>http://www.dexlu.org/cmd.asp?act=tb&id=1&key=09b27500</trackback:ping>
